Up to 25 kids, depending on the party package chosen (any additional child is $10). Anyone under the age of 24 months and over the age of 12 is not included in the kid count. The total party size including children and adults needs to be 60 and under.
We have done our best to accomodate all of our customer's request for a variety of food options.We're PROUDLY having JOJO'S cater all of our parties so you can choose from pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and salads from the menu page. You may bring in your own party platters such as 1 fruit tray, 1 veggie OR salad tray, 2 bags of chips w/ dip and your own cake or cupcakes (no ice cream please.). All foods allowed must be prepared (fruit & veggies cut) and ready to serve. Any other outside food is not allowed and WILL NOT BE SERVED or STORED in the facility. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!.
You may bring in plates cups napkins, balloons,party hats, goodies bags, throw away tablecloths. NO BANNERS, NO CUPCAKE STANDS, NO CANDY/DESSERT TABLES and NO CENTERPIECES. Any other items brought that are not allowed will be placed out. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!.
Yes, every party requires a $100 non refundable deposit to hold date. This can be done in person or over the phone. You may change your party date 14 days prior to another date and time available during that calendar year .
You can change your party date and time 14 days prior to your party for another date and your deposit will be transferred over to your new slot. Because we reserve a slot for your party and can’t book any others for that slot, if you cancel your party less than 14 days prior to your party date, your deposit will not transfer to a new date and all deposits will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!. If you need to cancel and/or reschedule your party, please Call Us.
Yes you have the option of opening presents or playing a game in the party room. We make your party the best experience possible and to enjoy it in our party rooms with pizza, cake and a game(usually depending on time).
We do not allow candy bars or any dessert tables to be setup.
Yes, you will have a staff member with you going between arenas to ensure safety. A staff member will also be in the party room.
We call you three days prior to your party date to get all food orders.
All changes must be made 24 hours prior to your party day and time.
Both host and guest should arrive 15 min early to allow for the safety briefing and to make sure all guests have filled out a waiver. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party time.
Each large order of pizza has 12 slices.
Yes, grip socks must be worn. Socks can be purchased for $2.
Private parties are reserved for just you, family and friends. You will spend 45 min. in each arena and 1 hour in party room. Semi private parties are 1 1/2 hours of play and 1 hours in party room in that order. For semi-private parties, after your time is up in party room, if you wish to continue to play you would be charged $10.95 general admission for Open Jump.
Party Kingdom is an indoor amusement fun park for the entire family.
There is a trampoline park, toddler fun zone, as well as a complete obstacle
course of slides and various fun surprises.
