You may invite up to 25 children, depending on your selected party package. Each additional child will incur a fee of $25. Children under 11 months of age and individuals over 12 years old are not included in the child count. The total number of guests, including both children and adults, must not exceed 60.
To provide a delicious and seamless experience, we proudly partner with Mountain Mike’s Pizza to cater all of our parties. You may choose from a variety of options including pizza, wings, salads, and more from our menu. If ordering pizza: You may bring up to 3 additional tray items. If not ordering pizza: You may bring up to 5 tray items. Approved tray options include: Sandwich trays, chicken trays, pasta trays, salad trays, fruit trays, and veggie trays, plus up to 2 bags of chips with dip. You are welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes (please note that ice cream and ice cream cake is not permitted). Allowed beverages include one case of water and one case (20–40 pack) of juice boxes. All outside food must be fully prepared and ready to serve (fruit and vegetables must be pre-cut). Ice chests are not permitted. No Exceptions.
Yes! You are welcome to bring plates, cups, napkins, balloons, party hats, goodie bags, and disposable tablecloths. To maintain a safe and organized party space, the following items are not permitted: banners, cupcake stands, candy or dessert tables, and centerpieces.
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your party date. This can be completed in person or over the phone. You may reschedule your party up to 14 days in advance, subject to availability within the same calendar year.
You may reschedule your party at least 14 days prior to your event, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled party will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For all cancellations or rescheduling requests, please Email Us at info@partykingdomchino.com
We’re here to make your celebration unforgettable! During your party room time, you’ll enjoy food, sing Happy Birthday, have cake or cupcakes, and participate in fun, guided games. Your party coordinator will lead engaging activities such as Simon Says or an exciting scavenger hunt to keep the kids entertained.
Candy bars and dessert tables are not permitted.
Absolutely! A dedicated staff member will be assigned to your party from start to finish. They will ensure safety, organize games, assist with serving food, cut the cake, and handle all setup and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
We will contact you five days prior to your party to finalize your headcount and food order.
Any changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled party time.
We ask that both hosts and guests arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for a safety briefing and completion of waivers. Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled party time.
Each large pizza includes 12 slices, Mountain size includes 20 slices.
A no-show will be charged the full party amount.
Yes! We are a shoeless facility, and grip socks are required for both children and adults in all play areas, NO EXCEPTIONS. Grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk for $3.00, or you may bring in your own. If you will be bringing your own socks you will need to show them at check in.
